01What this policy covers
This policy covers cookies and any similar technology that stores or reads information on your device, such as your browser’s local storage. It applies to the website at tobie.io, operated by ZERO.BIM s.r.o. (see our legal notice).

Choosing “Accept all” today does not switch on any tracking, because no optional technology is in use. It only records that you would allow those categories. If we add an optional technology, we will change the policy version, and you will be asked again before anything new is stored or read.
04Third parties
The website does not embed third-party content such as videos, maps or social-media widgets. It does not load fonts or scripts from third-party services. The typefaces and the three.js graphics library are served from tobie.io itself. No third party sets cookies through this website.
The website is hosted on GitHub Pages. The hosting service processes technical request data, such as your IP address, at server level. This is not a cookie and does not depend on your choice in the privacy panel. It is explained in our privacy notice.
05Legal basis
Storing or reading information on your device is governed by Article 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive (2002/58/EC), implemented in the Czech Republic by § 89(3) of Act No. 127/2005 Coll., on Electronic Communications. Storage that is strictly necessary to provide a service you asked for, such as remembering your privacy choice, does not require consent. Any other storage requires your prior, informed and freely given consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
06Changing or withdrawing your choice
You can change your choice at any time, as easily as you gave it:
You can also find “Cookie settings” in the footer of every page. Alternatively, clear this website’s data in your browser settings, which deletes tobie_consent. You will then be asked again on your next visit.
07Changes to this policy
If we change the technologies used on the website, we will update this policy and its date before the change takes effect. Where the change needs your consent, we will ask for it again.
